Welcome to the home of the Valley Swim Team. We are a USA Swim team located in Strasburg, Virginia offering instruction, training, and competition to young people of all ages and abilities.

Our mission is to provide a competitive swimming experience for young swimmers to realize personal and team growth in a fun and safe environment. With commitment and perseverance we will strive to inspire great character and integrity for life through the sport of swimming.

• 2007 - 2008 Registration

  Registration information for the 2008 - 2009 Short Course season is available now! You can bring the completed forms by the facility any day, or on-site registration will be from 12 - 2 on August 23rd at Phoenix Fitness and Aquatics. Come by and meet our coaches and some of our swimmers.

Swim lessons

Valley Swim Team Phoenix is proud to offer swim lessons. The lessons are offered at Phoenix Fitness and Aquatics. New sessions start every four to six weeks. The current offerings can be seen at Phoenix Fitness & Aquatics.
