Welcome to the home of the Valley Swim Team. We are a USA Swim team located in Strasburg, Virginia offering instruction, training, and competition to young people of all ages and abilities.

Our mission is to provide a competitive swimming experience for young swimmers to realize personal and team growth in a fun and safe environment. With commitment and perseverance we will strive to inspire great character and integrity for life through the sport of swimming.

• Modified Practice Schedule

  We have a modified practice schedule the weeks of 12 and 19 March. There will be a mix of social activities and various practice activities to celebrate the completion of a GREAT short course season. No practices will be held on the Fridays and Saturdays (16/17 and 23/24 March).
   
  Practice is back to normal starting 26 March for our Long Course season
